Yes, of course, it is a fun to do exercise on the rebounder and improve your overall health. There are many trampoline exercises that you can do. As you know if something is fun you are more likely to do it often and that is the secret to getting fit - finding something you like and doing is regularly. You can bounce on the trampoline or use it for jogging. This is low impact way of getting the benefits of jogging and won't affect your joints and bones like a treadmill would. Regular exercise cannot only help your heart to function better but also it help lose weight.

Hello,
I was just reading your article about how you saw the rebounder on that TV show. I saw the same show, and I just wanted everyone to know where it came from. The rebounder featured was from ReboundAIR. I know because I have one just like it and you could see the logo on the show. Personally, I love mine and I feel great everytime I use it. It’s a wonderful workout. Check them out on their homepage http://www.reboundAIR.com
COMMENT:
I have a rebounder “Buyer’s Guide” that tells you what to look for and what to avoid when buying a rebounder. I also have a blog with lots of FAQ about rebounding.
