So this will probably be the last time that I mention New Years Resolutions for another 11 months or so.

I wrote a lot over the last month or so on setting up New Years Resolutions and since I can’t see anyone from my computer screen, I just have to ask:

Has the last two weeks been good or bad?

We all start the year hoping for better than the last year and any changes that you make for a few weeks are usually permanent, the trouble is that most changes do not last a couple of weeks even so this is a great ime for a real gut check.

What is different today than on New Years Day?

Are you still watching what you eat? Are you still exercising? I know that I started slow and have been a lot more concious of all of those things over the last week. Itr seemed like the beginning of the year was really stressful and now I am looking back on that everyday todo list and seeing what I have to do and trying to execure, refining my day and making it just a bit better than yesterday was.

Look back now at your New Years Goals and resolutiions and see if you can do just one thing for each of those to get yourself closer to your goals.
