		<description>Well the article post and the comments afterward are really interested. I am 27 years old. And have been doing work our for last 12 months...in my opinion you can better know it yourself that what is your best technical position.

its just needs some attention while doing work and understand where you are pulling and where the muscle direction is....</description>

I&#039;ve found it refreshing that there are actually quite a few very good muscle-building programs on the market. But I guess it&#039;s because bodybuilding principles are pretty basic and they&#039;ve withstood the test of time. There really are no secrets.</description>
