I have noticed that since i smoked menthol cigs, i picked up menthol cough drops i have been smoke free for 3 days now

There is nothing worse than a nic fit and I appreciate your sugsestions. Personally I found a way to over come nic fits by smoking e cigs to wean myself off of nicotine. http://bit.ly/buyelectroniccig

Go for a walk – that is how I quit. Excerise was key.

I can really recommend smoking e-cigarettes to try to quit smoking! Me and my wife are trying to stop using ecigs.
