		<description>I agree and disagree. A raw food diet is a great thing to enact in your life, but it certainly doesn&#039;t have to take a lot of preparation. A healthy raw food diet should consist mostly of raw fruits, with plenty of raw vegetables and total fat consumption under 10 percent of calories. Over this percent and things go downhill. 

The meals shouldn&#039;t be complicated unless you want them to be. Just eat fruit. Its as easy as peeling a banana and popping it into your mouth.
