Your comments were very interesting to me. You are honest and state that you must do more than just crunches to get a six pack.
My question is, will doing the crunches and helping to firm up my waist line, will this also help me with my golf game?
I feel like mayby my body is aging and I don’t have the golf swing that I used to and that if I were to build up my abs, maybe I could recover some of that old golf swing that I used to have.
These are my thoughts, do you have any comments on this?
