I just found a study that seems to show that when compared in rats, I know I am not a rat either, There is a significant difference in lifespan between eating less on a calorie reduced diet and losing belly fat by simply having it removed.
The interesting thing is that apparently it is still better for rats to have belly fat removed than not. We have heard for a long time that having belly fat is very bad as it increases chances of heart atack but I have not seen a good study on this in people. Looking to make a change and lose some weight? I have reviewed the top diet on the internet and you can go and read over 200 comments people have made about why this diet has worked well for them, as well as some of the problems. Does anyone know if breast reduction pills actually work? I’m really thinking about giving this a try before doing surgery.
Some more tips would be great as bodies does change. Any more information and experiences are appreciated.
I am glad I had a chance to read your message, if you have more information elsewhere let me know or post it as well.
