Zone Diet and home delivery

We all know that the Zone Diet is a very poplular diet and is especially polular with Hollywood Celebrities. There is a good article at the Diet Blog about this.

The great thing about the article there is that they mention how celebrities are using this diet by just having food delivered to their houses already prepared.

now this is a great time saver and a good way to stay on diet, but the cost of up to $1500 I believe my wife and I are going to have to continue cooking our familys meals for now.

      Are you doing the Zone diet? I’ve been looking for someone who might be doing it to get a real perspective. The idea of getting pre-prepared food is great, but not practical here either.

      I myself have not tried the Zone diet but from what I have heard it seems to be pretty good. It is lower in carbs and higher in protein and fat so just dropping carbs should be good for helping a lot of people lose weight.

      And there is no way I would be spending so much on food delivery. I would rather cook and keep the money instead!

      True. Even if I did have the money, I couldn’t imagine having the food delivered. My husband and I enjoy learning new cooking styles and recipes — especially ones that lower over all calories. I have a dozen low calorie, low fat, low carb recipes for cheesecakes. I think a cooking course in low calorie/low fat cooking would be a great course to take!
