  1. Start a routine brisk walk around your neighbourhood. Join a walking group in your neighbourhood. When you have some friends to talk to, you will not miss the routine. Fix up a time – either morning or evening, choose a track for walking. Do not plan something big – do not join a GYM or Fitness Centre yet. First, make a habit out of this routine. For some people, even getting up at a particular time is so tough. So, do not waste your money in a GYM membership at first. Practise your routine for 3 weeks, and it will become a habit. Then, you can expand your routine to include more workouts.
