Did you eat bad this past Easter Weekend? I know that lots of people always do eat too much on big turkey holidays. In my case I think i did a lot better than I have in past years, I made sure that I ate a bit of everything and my desert was some of that fluffy confetti cake with blueberry sauce and cool whip. Yum

Anyway how do you feel today? Are you sluggish? Are you feeling good? Do you suffer from guilt for what happened over the last couple of days?

Get over it, and now!

If you feel bad really all you have to do is to resolve not to eat poorly for a long while, these things happen and although usually unavoidable, you can plan better, and you probably will plan better in the future.

For now go out and exercise today, even if it is a long walk to clear your head or better yet a tough and cardio workout and treat your body to some nice healthy food today – Stay away from those chocolate eggs!

And tomorrow, another day do the same, eat better and exercise. Everything is ok when we have a plan.

  1. I ate pretty poorly, I will admit! Took a good look at where I am now and decided, time to get back to good eating habits asap. Luckily, it’s not difficult and by the end of the week, I should be back to where I started.
