Quitting Smoking is near and dear to many of us. In honor of one of the biggest new years resolutions I am launching a page of stop smoking remedy reviews as well as a 10 day email course to help people quit smoking.

I have setup this new email program for those of you who are quitting smoking. Everyone who has come to this blog has at least seen the signup form for my fitness tips newsletter and fitness program but I also wanted to help people that smoke and that is why I have created a stop smoking email course. Smoking is less acceptable now then it was even 10 years ago when I quit smoking and often I feel bad for the trouble that smokers need to go through to keep their habit alive.

Smoking though as we all know is an incredibly dangerous habit that leads to emphezema, lung cancer, diminished lung capacity and a lot of health problems that are directly related to the poor air flow and dirty blood that you will get from smoking.

Another problem that many people have with smoking is the smell on them and their clothes. The smell of smoke to a non smoker is very strong and at times can be awkward. People that smoke have a harder time concentrating in long meetings as the nicotine cravings come and especially bad are times when salespeople have to have people in their cars and have to apologize for the smell.

I really feel for people that have tried to quit smoking, it took me three tries myself to quit and at the time I was doing a lot of sports and lifting almost daily so I certainly understand the feeling of failure that people that have unsuccessfully tried to quit in the past have. Sneaking cigarettes, borrowing off friends, not sure what to do when everyone else lights up around them after a meal. Smoking is definitely a tough habit to deal with when trying to quit.

quit smoking todaySo what if it is quitting smoking really that easy? What if all your beliefs about how hard it is going to be to quit are completely false? What if, after just one session of hypnotherapy or NLP you find it incredibly easy to become and remain a happy, confident non-smoker for life? The reason why hypnotherapy & NLP are so successful is because both our beliefs about smoking and our habitual smoking behaviours reside within your unconscious mind. So whilst consciously we may wish to quit, all too often our all powerful unconscious mind simply would not let us.

  1. Can you think of an simpler, easier, no hassle way to quit smoking than to have your desire to smoke totally disappear?

    After some people who had started drinking Noni Juice for other health reasons, noticed their desire to smoke cigarettes diminished to the point they no longer had any desire left, they quit smoking and then informed others. And so some of them drink it JUST to Quit Smoking!

    While I don’t smoke (not that I did not try to while in the military in 1959-1962) my mother died from smoking cigarettes. So I hate them for that, as well as for many other reasons.

    I am 76, I drink Noni Juice as it boosts my immune system and it helps me in many, many areas. I’ve been drinking Noni Juice for over 13 years and it still amazes me.

    Anywho, IF you have an OPEN mind and are willing to look at the evidence what I say is true, Please check it out.

  2. Great article.. sometimes it helps when you have the most support around you.. Also, getting that extra help with medications like Chantix can help some people quit for good!

  3. Quitting Smoking definitely is one of the hardest habit to break. Once you quit there are a lot of factors you need to consider and brace yourself that the road to the goal will be full of challenges and temptations. I am proud to say I have conquered the habit of smoking by going cold turkey. It was not an easy road but nevertheless it was worth it when you finally achieved the goal.

  4. Those who wants to quit smoking, they can take smokeless cigarettes as they are not harmful to your health and give same feeling. They worked great for me.

  5. Stopping smoking is harder than people think. The non smoker has no idea of what a smoker has to go through. They know they have to quit, but they just can’t.

    If one wants a healthy life, then quitting smoking is the single most important step that he/she can take as it has immediate health benefits. You should know what to expect when you quit to do that.

  7. hola como andan estoy orgullosa de aquel que pudo dejar de fumar yo lo intente varias veces y fue imposible por eso entro en estas paginas para ver si algun metodo me da resultado y en estos momentos de la situacion economica que estamos pasando es plata tirada al pedo con el perdon de la palabra pero como puedo hacer para dejar este maldito vicio yo se que tambien es falta de boluntad pero cada ves que quiero dejar de fumar se vuelve mas complicado los felicito aquellos que han dejado el cigarillo

  8. A person needs strong willpower to quit or circumstances won’t let him to do that. For me it was not easy to quit. I tried to do that several times until I succeeded.

  9. I have always found determination is only one factor, more important is the belief that you can succeed and succeed easily.

  10. Preserving my life was always one of my big motivators when I was trying to quit smoking but it is just one of those things our there and not urgent until you are sick.

  11. It’s been my experience that you first must really make up your own mind to stop smoking before trying any products. If you’re not committed there is no products that will help you to stop smoking. It’s not easy to quit, but it could save your life…
