That is certainly a lot and Vince talks about all of it on the crazy long sales page for his product. Wish that was a bit shorter…but anyway. I know what you want to know next, what will this set me back…..

I have found a few reviews of the build muscle  program.

Is the Vince DelMonte No Nonsense Muscle Building Program worth it?

build muscleI was looking for another product to review, something that is really a big bodybuilding program instead of all of the loss programs that I generally review and this program came out on top. I know that many readers here are more interested in fat loss than a lot of muscle gain and for those people this is not the book for them. Also if you are looking for a book or program that will just improve your fitness level than this probably is not for you either as this is geared again just to building muscle and you will probably not follow through if this is not your motivation in the first place.

Now if you are in fact looking for the giant beach body. If you have trouble gaining muscle or you feel like the next step in your fitness goals is to join a gym and get huge and do not want to waste your time overtaining or taking too many supplements then this is a great program for you.

So, There it is a huge program for building muscle, especially for hardgainers and those trying to gain and failing to get the muscle mass. For a dieter though, not such a great program as the goal is to workout and to build muscle.

  1. Vince uses periodization, linear and non-linear, which was invented in former USSR by trainers of Olympic athletes. Then it was popularized by Stuart McRobert. Vince arranged it nicely having come up with a structured and easy-to-follow system.

  2. Does Vince’s course rely on squats? My husband used to follow the program in Super Squats, by Randall J. Strossen, and said it was a fantastic, but exhausting, regime. He only stopped doing it because of time commitments. Can Vince’s course be done in less than 30 minutes per day?

  3. i am working 6 day in week and taking good kinds of food and i am working 2 hard and getting food buncha chicken and beef ….watert thats all and my body is good …but you need to do it every day like 2 hours and eat buncha chicken and egg …..and water ..you will get good body …really its work with me i dont know it will work with you or no ….but i just share my filling ……..but every one can get muscel ….just work out hard ….

  8. Well the article post and the comments afterward are really interested. I am 27 years old. And have been doing work our for last 12 months…in my opinion you can better know it yourself that what is your best technical position.

    its just needs some attention while doing work and understand where you are pulling and where the muscle direction is….

I always thought of myself as a “slow gainer” but having rad Vinces work and put it into practice Ive now gained almost 15lbs of muscle in the past few months! Im absolutely thrilled with my results and cant recommend this plan highly enough!

  10. Building muscle and strength is a good idea at any age. Especially as we get older it is important for bone strength and health as well.

  11. This looks good, 52 weeks seems like a reasonable amount of time to build some decent muscles. Unlike others who promote a fast-track course which hardly seems possible at all.

  13. Vince’s program is pretty good. It’s packed full of useful information and Vince clearly lives what he lectures. I’ve found it refreshing that there are actually quite a few very good muscle-building programs on the market. But I guess it’s because bodybuilding principles are pretty basic and they’ve withstood the test of time. There really are no secrets.
