There are some who think they cannot get fit unless they hit the gym regularly.

They think that one can become fit only when surrounded by an assortment of flashy workout equipments and a huge crowd jostling with each other in the battle of fitness.

Then there are others like me who think that true fitness can only be achieved in one’s own home, since no other place could be more comfortable, warm and peaceful.

Getting fit with home based weight workoutsPersonally I have more than one reason to prefer home-based weight workouts. You see, I am a guy who prefers to workout at flexible hours to me.

I cannot hit the gym everyday at a set time because of my busy schedule and hectic lifestyle. Therefore, a home-based workout suits me best.

I can workout even while watching television or listening to my favorite music on my cell phone. And yes, I hate crowds.

As a matter of fact, many gyms work on outdated fitness principles and philosophy. Just like science, the principles of fitness also changes with time, but very few gyms are able to keep themselves up to date with the knowledge.

Even if you hire a personal fitness trainer, there is no guarantee that you would learn all the latest and greatest fitness tricks from him.

I have been fortunate enough to discover two easy ways to get fit and healthy in no time, all the while staying within the comfort of my home.

I am going to share those three tips with you in this article.

1. Save time by doing high intensity workouts: Many people are afraid of doing high intensity workouts because they feel these workouts would break their bones or worse, kill them outright.

Then there are others who believe that doing low intensity workouts for a long period of time is much better than doing highly intense workouts for a much shorter period. I would say that both groups of people are wrong.

Many people start weight based workouts by learning to have a long workout with lots of sets and lots of breaks, this leads to a more low intensity workout that will not push your body hard enough andΒ . But, if you really want to get fit, then low intensity workouts won’t be able to help you.

This is the reason why I recommend that you select only workouts of high intensity, and lower your rest periods. This would ensure that you get fit in the shortest time possible.

2. Set time-specific goals: Another way to get fit quickly is by setting your actual workout session against a very tight schedule and increasing your rest period.

This is one unique workout method that I can guarantee is not taught in many gyms. Under this method, you can pick up any three high intensity workouts you choose, and do each one of them for 30-40 seconds.

After you are done with one workout, rest for about 10-20 minutes. What you are doing here is: you are giving very little time to your workouts compared to your resting periods.

When you are racing against time, your workout regimen would look much more exciting and challenging than ever. Keep in mind that a human mind gets bored with routine jobs, but would any day pick up something challenging and interesting. This principle equally holds true for workouts as well.

But I really wish my to reduce to 56-57. I need it quickly.   5. Hi i have been helping people lose for years, I would just like to say that what works for one person might not work for the next. I develop individual plans for each person based on their age, , goal and needs. Taking the time to research or talking to someone like myself can help prevent failure, which can sometimes lead to putting the back on plus some.
    There are no quick fixes for loss but with the right advice and prep you can loose what you want and keep it off.

  7. I think we should analyse the situations that will be there after losing the .we have to see the benfits of losing the . We have to write on paper what are benfits of losing and read it atleast once a day after wake up.then it remand what to do what not to do.lincon movtivated him self by doing this to do positive things daily

  9. Hi, I need something to help me get motivated to exercising. I’m really depressed from gaining so much I find that makes it hard for me to get motivated and it just makes things get worse.I have gained over 50 pounds in the psst year. I wish I had someone to help push me and motivate me. I tried cutting out fast food but my bf is always eating it in front of me so I just cave in and do the same. I need something so that what others do doesnt effect me as much. Someone please help me. :'(

  10. I’m 19 and I weigh 265lbs.. I haven’t been under 200lbs since 4th grade.. I go to the gym, but it really doesn’t seem to make much difference. My boyfriend was supposed to be my “trainer” so to speak, but he rarely goes with me and it’s very discouraging to go alone, not knowing what work outs to do effectively, and not have much improvement.

    1. You must do yoga. And if u watch indian national channel u will find there astha channel where baba ramdev will teach u somany ways to loose , especially kapalbhati and this show come in the morning frm 5 am.

    1. you should never use the word CANT because you CAN. as long as you tell yourself you can you are capable of doing anything. I am only 5’3 and was weighing close to 200 pounds I do not have access to a gym so i worout at home. first thing is first the body needs water I personally drink nothing but water because i enjoy it but if you prefer tea or sodas try your best to cut them out and drink at least 6 to 8, 8ounce glasses of water a day. The best way to drink water is ice cold it makes you body burn more calories. also if the word excersice makes you avoid working out then dont use it start by cleaning and walking playing with your kids outside at least 30-45 min a day every other day. then the next week add a workout or bump up the time. If yo choose to add start small do leglifts or use free s if you do not have access to free s substitute use cans or jars of food. Just remember no matter what you do you have to believe in yourself because you can do anything you want to.
