I remember early in the celebrity reality show era when we would sit and watch the Osbournes. Ozzy was crazy, Sharon was trying to keep it together and the kids Kelly and Jack for out of control celebrity offspring. It was entertaining for nothing else than it was crazed and had no semblance to real life, and it showed in the lifestyle of the kids.
Well Jack Osbourne cleaned up his act and now Kelly Osbourne is featured in Us Magazine, talking about her loss and the changes in her life. I just read the article and it was fascinating to see the attitude changes from when Kelly Osbourne was younger.
Kelly Osbourne has always fought with her and has yoyo wise for years. Last year she was on Dancing with the stars and even though she came in a bit heavy she lost a lot of by having 6 hour a day rehearsals. Dancing with the Stars is famous for the competitiveness that leads people to doing crazy long days preparing their dancing to get great for TV.
So now that the show is over Kelly Osbourne is able to talk more about what she did to lose or at least now make sure that she maintains a good . Kelly is eating more fresh vegetables and fruit and has sworn off breads and other refined carbs and sugars including soda, which she used to drink a fair amount of. Now she says, she tries to drink a gallon of water a day.
One thing that is interesting is her new workout regimen. According to the article in Us Magazine she is doing something called BAR workouts, a cross between dance and pilates that I had never heard of but seems to be effective, working every muscle in your body.
So what kind of results has Kelly Osbourne gotten from this new lifestyle? She has dropped her from 160 pounds to 118 pounds and dropped from a size 14 to a size 2. Good for Kelly for losing and improving her health through a good exercise and diet program
