Sarah Lurie, RKC, CSCS founded Iron Core, the first Kettlebells for Dummies training studio that exclusively offers RKC certified kettlebell instruction, in 2004. Lurie, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC), is a former body-building competitor, and did traditional training for more than ten years.
