As I sit typing this it is the middle of January and even though there is a bit of snow falling I know we are a couple of months from the beginning of Spring.

I know I am not the only one that knows we are close to the end of the Winter and trying also to get ready physically for Spring. Every year I want to make sure that I am in better shape in Spring than I was the year before and this year is no different.

Everyday it feels tough to go to the gym but I know that the outdoor fitness is just around the corner. I am really not a fan of getting all my exercise indoors so the sooner Spring gets here the sooner I can get out and have fun.

To look healthy, be healthy

So keep working hard. work harder today than yesterday and remember that we are just a few weeks from getting out in the Summer and having fun!

  1. I cycle for health and the last 3 months have been in the garage on the turbo trainer.
    Went out for 2 hrs in the sun yesterday – felt great. Look forward to many more in the coming months

  2. Good said. I agree that we must work hard to be in shape and look good. Healthy look is what makes us attractive and self confident.

  3. I live in the UK and March has been the coldest month so far. It starts to get cold in Oct. So were are talking 6 months of cold weather. But today, I noticed the first buds of Spring. The days are getting longer and there is a Spring in my step and I’m raring to go.

  4. I do most of the listed things for better skin…need some insight on the eye area..what works for this very delicate area…its is hard to find good eye products. My eye area is extremely delicate!
