  1. Fast results almost never happen. Almost never, that is, unless you are willing to gut through the Tabata style training and interval drills. They are gut busting and harsh, but FAST. I am just finishing up a month of Tabata training. I have lost pounds of fat and put on pounds of muscle. Great stuff!

    Equipment or gym memberships, well, I will argue with you on that, Bill. I run a No-Cost, No-Budget, No-Excuses Basement Gym. Sometimes, weather permitting or not, I go outside and use the back of the high school bleachers for pull-ups or go to the local playgrounds and parks for the same. I do push-ups and all sorts of body weight training there.

    A good trainer is important, yes. If a person does not know now to perform the exercises correctly, a professional can help them avoid injury. I totally agree with you here.

Hi Release Equity it happen to most of the people and even to me too, when I think of doing exercise I find a bit hard but when I force to do it a bit for a day I feel comfortable and now I feel good and its becoming a daily routine for me. So don’t think it’s hard to do exercise if u feel bored listen to some of your favorite music to get ride of the bore and start the exercise little by little and afterwards you will feel like doing it everyday. If you don’t believe try it once and you will came to know.

  8. Staying motivated i’ve found to be the most difficullt thing. I use motivational material like anthony robbins to keep me going. I notice that in the beginning its the most difficult but as you keep going it creates momentum which makes it easier and easier to form new habits that can last alifetime.
