In my opinion “Interval training” is one of the top cardio workouts for people who are bored with the typical cardio routine.
Also- I would include plyometric training into this list! Plyometrics are fun, challenging, and nothing is more fun than training to jump higher and run faster while blasting away calories. It has truly transformed my physique and is a lot of fun as well.
