As you have probably noticed, I have not had much to say lately so today I do.
I have decided to share with you what I have been reading about lately, well today anyway. All of these posts are from blogs that I like to read.
Why cardio equipment is no good – Pail Plakas from X-Weighted gives good in depth info on why cardio, expecially treadmills are not as good as you think they are for burning calories.
The best time to workout – Male Pattern Fitness has a fun article on when the best time to workout in the day would be.
Depression during the holidays – This is a tough time of year for a lot of people. The days are short everyone is happy around and there are still misgiving that people have about this time of year.
I am very excited about this time of year. We have a couple of crazy kids and a big Christmas dinner tomorrow. My workouts and eating have been a little slack this week but better than I expected so I am happy with that.
Next week I will be doing a series of posts on how to set great goals for the new year so I hope that you follow that.
This is my last post before Christmas so I would like to wish you and your family a great holiday weekend whether you celebrate Christmas or not it should be a great time of the year and a time to treasure your family.
