I have added Fitness Tips on Facebook. We all know how popular Facebook is and I was not sure how I could integrate the fitness tips on Facebook as I am sure most people are not interested in reading my ramblings with people I went ot high school with years ago or the comments back and forth with co-workers. So I found a better way.
Why Fitness Tips on Facebook?
What I did was set up a new account on Facebook and this way if you “like” the facebook page then you will be able to get tips whenever I post them. This also gives us all a place to converse, to talk of our successes, failures, stresses and get support from people trying to do the same thing as us.
I have already started putting some stuff up there and the idea is that whenever I run across interesting posts or links to great material I will add it there as well.
Go now to my new Facebook page and “like” it and then we can all have a conversation together.
