So much for a big secret. We all know this but sometimes thing there is something more to it. Another alternatvie that Michelle Obama mentioned earlier this year is that she will alternate weights and cardio in 6 day a week workouts for 45 minutes a day.
We all like to make excuses for our schedule and why we can not find time to workout but just reading a story about Michelle Obama getting up at 4:30 in the morning to workout is areal motivator for me. Here is a person that could use a lot of excuses for just not working out and she seems to be a fitness spokesperson instead and practices exactly what she talks about.
