I think it’s more of a mind over thing. I don’t believe in treatments. If you managed to stress yourself out without the help of another person, you can get it out of your system as well. Just my two cents.
I would agree that yoga is a natural treatment for anxiety. Anxiety is a mental disorder and yoga is good for both our mind and body. Meditation could also be a natural treatment, we can meditate anywhere as long as we are comfortable. Using meditation music could be more effective. We can consider some medicines that can help fights anxiety, but we must not rely on them always.
