I’m on the third day of my cleanse diet. All I have to do is drink maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and water for all three meals.
All I can say on this topic is that cleansings are often unnecessary as the body of a healthy person already does a good job of getting rid of toxins on its own, and they are based on questionable or disproved scientific claims.
