We are always looking at how we have failed in the past instead of looking at how we can just learn from those defeats. I want to make sure that we have an outlet for those times that we struggle, have a bit of a defeat, and move on.
We need to make sure that we do not just give up when faced with adversity. We all have good days and bad days and these bad days are going to happen no matter how well we prepare. As we build up our fit lifestyle though we will have higher and higher standards of success.
