Boswellia

It has also been associated with relieving pain and headaches associated with sinusitis as well as pain, bruising and swelling that follow surgical procedures (episiotomy) in women in labor.

Omega 3 oils (DHA and EPA) work because they are anti-inflammatories. They don’t have the adverse side effects of the prescription meds and are much cheaper. Most people don’t get enough of the DHA and EPA. 1,000 mg per day or more of the DHA and EPA is the amount most effective. That would be at least 3 per day of the low quality fish oil capsules (120 DHA and 180 EPA, total 300) and approximately 2 of the higher quality capsules with 500 – 700mg. I personally take 2,000 mg per day and have for years with no adverse affects.
