First of all there are lots of ways that people fake this out. Zero calorie or negative calorie foods I believe do not really exist but one thing does work and that is changing your balance between the calories that you eat and the calories that your body burns. So in saying that there is one number that makes sense for losing a pound. there are 3500 calories in a pound. Now if you want to lose a pound a week that means that you need to burn 500 calories a day more than you are burning now or eat 500 calories a day less than you are now (really why not do a balance between the two). 500 calories either way starting today. Looking to make a change and lose some weight? I have reviewed the top diet on the internet and you can go and read over 200 comments people have made about why this diet has worked well for them, as well as some of the problems. Loosing weight has some of the best methods
but one among them i consider would be swimming which is very healthy
I agree, swimming is a great sport, and fun too!
try walking four dogs every night. that’ll burn your 500 calories right there…
It’s really not so hard…walking for a half hour, cutting a soda here and there…
The best piece of weightloss advice i ever heard was “eat less, move more”. what you should eat is a whole nuther can of worms. But…take in few less calories and burn a few more…there you go
adding to my previous comment I really do belive swimming is not only good sport but is one of the best sports for improving you health and stamina, plus it’s lots of fun!
The advice on this page is so spot on, I have been struggling for 10 years tryin to loses weight. I have done every diet there is, got the T shirt (which still wont fit
But recently bought a book that lists all the calories in every type of food. Now I have changed how and what I eat and therefore take in less calories…result lost over 15 lbs in 7 weeks and (for personal reasons) without exercise.
