We all love watching X-Weighted and one of the real highlights of the show is not just the transformations in just a few months but also the no nonsense way in which Paul Plakas helps, pushes and fights against what people want to do in order to make them that much better.

I just saw on a comment from Paul on my X-Weighted post that Paul has his own website now which is great!

Paul PlakasYou can get lots of great info on Paul Plakas‘s website including info on the X-Weighted TV show, a blog with lots of great articles, his newest bodcasts (video podcasts that Paul has done) and lots more. The site really is great!

Paul’s fans as well as many people that want to be on the X-Weighted show email me and comment quite often so now people can go straight to the source. I am not sure how much Paul has to do with getting people onto the X-Weighted show but perhaps if you visit his website you will be able to find this out.

Also, if you live in the Edmonton area Paul Plakas is a personal trainer as well as a fitness show trainer and I am sure would be a fantastic one. Visit the new site and find out more about Paul and send him an email.

    What I am wondering if this is Pauls real website. If so than I would also having some training tips.

    My name is Cassie, I’m Eighteen years old and weigh 313 pounds, I use to weigh 320 so school is helping a little. Well mostly P.E class my gym teacher is really helping me. I am hopping to lose at least 10 or a little bit more before I see my family doctor, I got at least a month before I see him. I was just wondering if you have any suggestion’s? I’ve been watching your show since or probably school started and all those people on your show are MY HEROES!! For losing their and getting to their goals! And if anyone from the show is watching YES YOU ARE MY HERO FOR LOSING YOUR WEIGHT! And You Paul are of course my HERO as well.

    I am 20 years old from small town Saskatchewan. I have a 2 year old son and I work full time as an Administrative Assistant. I have been over most of my life, but gained a lot of when I was pregnant with my son. I realistically am 100 pounds over . I would love to have another baby in the next couple of years but fear for my health and the health of a baby. I want to lose and be happy again and be able to keep up with my beautiful son and to lead by example. I have tried fad diets and lose some and then gain back even more….I need help!!!!!

  5. Hey Paul, I love your show…The reason for my email is that I am a 43 years woman and I desparately need to loose at least 80 lbs. The problem is this…6 years ago I received numberous injuries from my job (which I totally loved) and now I have chronic pain in my back,shoulder,neck and jaw. I would love to receive excerise tips and diet tips which would allow me to loose this . I gained over 60 pounds since my accident due to pain meds and not being as active as I once was, can you PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME…I look forward in any ideas you may have…Thanks Linda

    I would like to start by saying i am totally in AWE of X Weighted ,i only recently approx 4 weeks ago had the opprotunity to watch this program,it is a complete inspiration to me i cannot get enough of this show i even rewatch episodes i already saw .
    I will tell you a little about myself i am 41 years old and up 10 weeks ago i started a battle of my own i go to my doctor monthly for weigh inn , but i need more i do not have all it takes to lose faster then i am at present ,i weighed in origionally at 310 lbs , i now weigh 298 . I have been this pass 2 weeks trying some of what you do with your people , all the time these days you are talked about daily and often through each day ,i am always saying how i love you for what you are doing, i think all the time when you ask people what was the things that kept them on track and they say exercise food etc… I always say what about Paul without him people would not be achieving what they achieved ,i think you are awesome and i love you .. PLS when you are able could you email me back i would love to meet you and even work on a plan because i truly am desperate to lose my i need yo lose 150lbs to be in a good or should i sat Excellent place i have a 5 year old boy i need to live for ..   7. hi Paul, my name is Nikole and i am 19 years old and i just had a baby 10 months ago and i gained almost 50 pounds, and i cant seem to loose any of it. my now is 230 pounds and i am 5’3″ and u can probably think how i look, short and fat. i would like to be 150 i know thats going to take a while but i am willimg to do anything. i tried to work out but it seems all i get out of it is tiredness. i would really like to be on your show. if you can help me please contact me at hotcookiemonster010@yahoo.com.

Hello Paul I’m about to have a baby, on december 31st, 2008, me and my fiance plan on getting married on august 21st 2009, i may need some fitness tips for me to lose the by then because i already have a dress to fit..in my mothers closet, when i fit that dress i was 150 lbs. but that was not a comfortable fit, it was more like a tight fit…so i want to be down to 140 lbs by the time my wedding rolls around.. i am 5’7 and at this moment dont know my , last time i weighed myself i was 175 lbs. and that was a month ago..if you could help me, email me at nikki_gohier@shaw.ca

  11. Do you have a list of foods that you can eat and what you can not. I have heard you say to make your own salad dressings. But what about margarine. I saw one show where you chucked it. What is that alternative?

  12. Hey I guess i’m kinda of a typical case except for that fact that I’m only 19…. I’ve been living with my boyfriend for 2 years and just recently had a baby…. I used to be somewhat atheletic now i can barely do 5 sit ups… I can’t jog my bust has gotten ridicuoulsly large and Its depressing because i want to be able to do something with my life I realisticly need to lose 40 pounds to be in my body mass index or whatever its called … I feel truly un attractive and i see people my age and it makes me not want to go out or to do anything… To make things worst I come from a super athletic family my sisters is a triathlete was on her university team my mom does a triathlon every year… I kinda feel like teh black sheep.. I guess a big part is that since i moved out on my own I don’t eat healthy my boyfriend is a junk food addict and has turned me into one also I really don’t like to cook mostly because i don’t really know waht to cook….. I like variety … I’m from montreal quebec 15 min from downtown sooo fast food is never very hard to get too…

    well all in all watching x-ed makes me sincerly take a double look at myself in the mirror… any tips or breif excersize plans you could suggest?

  13. I am from Kansas and I know this show is out of Canada, but…. I really love watching this show and would love to get some help from your wonderful expertise. I have a 2 year old and would love to lose 40 lbs or less before trying to have another child. The daily thoughts of trying to lose consumes my every thought! I would love to be on the show, but like I said Kansas is far from Canada. Please help me if you can. I’m 28 years old and 175lbs. Any help would be sooooo wonderful!!!
    ( I loved the episode of the woman who started at 170 and her goal was to get her picture taken at the end of the 12 weeks, I really could relate with her every thought!)

    My names Fatima, I am a 51 years old and I have been strugling to loose 60 pounds for quite a while.
    I would like to inlist in the x-e program if it is still running.
    I am From Surrey British Columbia, Canada. So far since last year Sep 07 I have lost 19 pounds.
    I am gaining some of what I have lost back again do to issues that happened in my life. I can’t seem to be able to get my self motivated.
    I was born with a heart defect and when I was 27 I have had an open heart surgery for repairs. I need to lose as I have gained over 60 pounds since then and other health issues has developed as well. At one time when I was young I had to hide my figur as I was made fun of because I was too skinny, I can never remember that I have ever was proud of my body, at one time too skinny and now over . When I used have that flat abdomen it was hidden as I was not allowed to show my figur so I have never noticed or could remeber that I had a flat ab.
    I have been with personal trainers but could not keep up as it was draining my pocket and did not get too many veriations of work outs.
    When I watch the show I love the work out as they do involve a lot of body and a person does not have live in a gym to do the work outs, as it can be done alomost every where.
    If I can’t inlist in the x-e program than if you do have your work out program on DVD’s I would love to purchase them.
