Today for me was the first day in a while that I rode my bike to work and I was thinking about one thing during my ride:

“What could I do to help as many people as possible get in shape starting this week?”

Well I tend to be a nice guy, I poke and prod here and there but I am not very aggressive in my emails in saying how critical it is to improve your health. Today I want to start to change that.

Do you know that Summer is almost here? Are you going to lose that 10 pounds of fat or gain that few pounds of muscle before Summer hits full swing? Do you really internalize the idea that every good thing that you do for your body today will make you healthier today and tomorrow?


Start today. Heck, start right now. Move forward to the life that you want to live and leave all of your excuses behind.

So how do you start?

Well there are only three steps to get started today.

First, is of course deciding what you want. I would say that you should write down your goals not for the year but for the next month instead. What do you really want by the middle of June? Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle, be more attractive? This is your goal for you. Make it an important one.

Next, I would make a plan. I know that I mention Burn The Fat and fat loss for Idiots a lot, but if gaining muscle is your big fitness goal than I reviewed a muscle building program as well a few months ago.

And then finally visualization. I would urge you to start and finish everyday with a few minutes visualizing what you want in a month. What will it look like, feel like, sound like, smell like, and even taste like? This visualization is big because you have to fight all of those stupid thoughts in your head telling you that you can’t do it, to beat those thoughts out you need to see your future self not dwell on your past self.

This is all that this next month is going to take to make big changes for Summer. Imagine that you can make these changes, follow the steps, and you will be on the right road.

    1. I found that losing weight is not that hard as anyone would think. It sure takes commitment and following a simple plan but the key element is persistance.

      You need to monitor the calories, lose the junk food, sodas, sweets and do some physical exercises. I myself love dancing. And remember to use a fat burner to accelerate the fat metabolism.
